My multifaceted career reflects a deep passion for nurturing the growth and development of children, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially. As a proud mother of a college graduate, I bring a unique perspective to my work, understanding the challenges and joys that families face. My commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for children is complemented by my creative pursuits as an artist and chef, which I integrate into my programs to inspire creativity and healthy living. Having lived in both Washington State and Minnesota, I embrace diverse experiences that enrich my approach to child development. Hi, I’m Earlene Miller!  Born and raised in Washington, D.C.,  a HBCU graduate, powerhouse professional, and the go-to person for structure, strategy, and success!  As CTDI’s  Development Coordinator, I work alongside the CEO to help navigate the complexities of leadership and growth, ensuring that every initiative runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. With over two decades of experience in administrative operations and compliance, I've had the privilege to engage industries such as, DC Government, Federal Government, Nonprofits and Banking.  I thrive on bringing order to chaos and turning challenges into opportunities.  While working with one of the best local nonprofit in DC, I honed my skills in organizational development, community engagement, and executive support. My time there equipped me with invaluable knowledge and expertise—tools I now bring to CTDI to drive impact and innovation.  What sets me apart? My ability to add structure, provide guidance, and encourage those around me. I believe in collaboration, clear communication, and creating an environment where productivity and positivity go hand in hand.
